I've worn Rockport Pro Walkers for years and I am very disappointed with this purchase. The shoes have far less padding than before and the leather is hard/stiff and seems to be of lower quality than my previous shoes. I ordered the same size as before (11M) but the shoes are noticeably smaller in both the length and width. I�ve bought Rockport�s for years and always believed they were one of the best on the market. If this is where their shoe quality is going I will look for a different brand in the future.

The shoes were tight across the in foot. I had to have them stretched at a local shoe repair shop.
Now they fit OK. But I was surprised these where not a true Medium width. I always buy a 9M shoe.
The owner of the shoe shop said that going to a Wide width would not be good. My foot would not be supported properly.
So I cannot recommend that to buyers.
What does Rockport have to say???
